At Signature Associates, we help businesses succeed by providing expert management consultancy services. We are looking for a Head of Marketing to take ownership of our marketing strategy, brand presence, and sales support, helping us attract new clients and engage with existing ones.
This role is ideal for someone who is both strategic and hands-on, with strong experience in HubSpot, digital marketing, content creation, design, Google Business Profile management, and customer feedback strategies.
What You Will Be Doing:
- Plan, develop, and execute multi-channel marketing campaigns to promote services.
- Manage the marketing calendar to ensure high-quality, consistent content.
- Analyse campaign performance and implement data-driven improvements.
- Design and create marketing materials, including brochures, presentations, and social media graphics.
- Develop compelling content for blogs, email campaigns, website pages, and sales collateral.
- Ensure brand consistency across all marketing materials.
- Manage and optimise HubSpot CRM for marketing automation and lead generation.
- Set up and track email marketing campaigns, including automation workflows.
- Optimise and manage the Google Business Profile to enhance online visibility.
- Monitor and respond to customer reviews to enhance reputation management.
- Analyse insights to improve local SEO performance.
- Schedule and manage content across LinkedIn, Instagram, and other platforms.
- Implement social media strategies to increase brand awareness and engagement.
- Research and apply best practices for digital marketing and lead generation.
- Collect, manage, and highlight customer feedback and testimonials.
- Create testimonial content, including videos, case studies, and reviews, to build credibility.
- Support sales efforts by developing branded client materials.
- Assist with proposal writing and sales presentations.
- Identify innovative marketing and lead generation opportunities.
Minimum Requirements:
- Strong experience using HubSpot CRM, marketing automation, and email marketing.
- Proficiency with Canva, Adobe Creative Suite, or similar design tools.
- Excellent content writing skills with a professional, engaging tone.
- Experience managing and growing business LinkedIn, Instagram, and other platforms.
- Knowledge of Google Business Profile & local SEO to improve search rankings.
- Highly organised and initiative-taking, able to take ownership of marketing efforts.
- Experience in B2B or professional services marketing is highly desirable.
- High attention to detail and strong organisational skills.
- Flexible and adaptable approach to meet the needs of a growing business.
