Job summary

Smart4 Cloud is seeking an experienced Product Owner to drive end-to-end process optimisation, systems alignment, and scalable infrastructure design to enable efficient, future-fit operations at scale. You will define user stories, prioritise the team backlog, document impacts on data models and integrations, and coach junior product owners.

The role requires 4+ years in a PO role within agile teams, knowledge of compliance frameworks (POPIA, EIA), and a strong analytical, customer-focused

Qualifications

• 4+ years' experience as Product Owner in agile teams.
• Successfully launched complex product features and translated business strategy into consumer products.
• Knowledge of POPIA, Electronic Information Act, etc.
• Exposure to insurance.
• Independent, motivated self-starter with resilience in fast-paced environments.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Customer-focused mindset with empathy and passion for creating value.
• Excellent stakeholder engagement and communication skills.
• Leadership and coaching ability to support junior product owners.
• Adaptable, curious, and comfortable with ambiguity and change.
