Our client is looking for a highly skilled and stable Customer Care Officer (Product Genius) for a well-established dealership based in Northcliff, Johannesburg.

Requirements

1. Automotive Industry experience
2. 3 years minimum experience in a Customer Service role
3. Consistent performer
4. Ability to develop and implement systems and processes
5. Computer Literate (e.g., MS Office, Dealership CRM Packages)
6. Deadline driven / motivated / hands-on individual
