About the Role

Own best practice product positioning strategy through structured A/B testing and thorough content performance analysis, iterating in an increasingly agile way.

As a Product Marketing Manager, you will define go-to-market strategies, product launches, and lifecycle marketing initiatives to ensure product success and market adoption.

Drive HyperionDev's overall Cost Per Lead & Registration down across all brands, while growing conversions to trial and sale through quality, on-brand marketing that creates brand equity and thought leadership.

Define the strategic and tactical direction for all marketing collateral produced by the creative studio, aligning with partner co-marketing expectations and HyperionDev or CoGrammar brands.

Responsibilities
  • Develop and execute marketing strategies to improve product positioning in local and international markets.
  • Establish detailed documentation, including visual style guides and copy guidelines.
  • Act as a product champion to inform marketing strategy with product marketing intelligence.
  • Be an evangelist for our solutions and monitor performance to educate stakeholders.
  • Understand content performance across channels and generate organic traffic through smart channel mixing and SEO.
  • Build detailed customer personas to inform sales and marketing activities.
  • Develop product positioning and messaging based on performance, research, and competitor intelligence.
  • Collaborate with internal and external stakeholders, especially higher education marketing teams.
  • Support marketing operations and ensure quality control of collateral.
  • Provide updates on performance metrics related to user engagement and campaign effectiveness.
  • Develop and execute go-to-market plans for new product launches and features.
  • Implement lifecycle marketing strategies to maximize customer retention and loyalty.
  • Conduct competitor analysis to inform product development and marketing decisions.
  • Support sales with product knowledge, tools, and training.
Requirements

Minimum: Diploma in Business, Marketing, or Communications; 3+ years in digital consumer marketing; 1+ years project management experience; 1+ years marketing education-related products; strong understanding of digital marketing, funnels, social media, and PR.

Preferred: Degree in Marketing or Communications; 4+ years in high-growth consumer marketing; 2+ years managing large-scale international marketing projects; experience in edtech and software development space; proficiency with content calendars, project management tools, website/data analysis, and developing go-to-market strategies.
