GPDS / Milestone Development
Complete Market Equations in support of all GPDS Marketing Deliverables to meet future model program requirements, including product, packaging, pricing actions, and program volumes to maximize customer desirability and company/dealer profitability.
Conduct industry, segment, and competitor analysis to support program positioning.
Develop Pricing Strategy.
Ensure vehicle line programs meet financial guardrails at various milestones.
Cycle Plan
Input market wants into cycle plan studies.
Support the development of the Cycle Plan Portfolio.
Develop FPVs with Cycle Plan program input.
Create annual PVAs.
Program Setup
Ensure PDL & compile Order Guide accurately for SAF product group.
Align all program inputs and changes with key local market stakeholders.
Lead Go To Market process to ensure timely and quality vehicle line launches.
Coordinate delivery of Product and Brand launch activities, including Day 1, Marketing Brief, OBV's, Order Guides, Dealer Pre-sell pack, Website & Brochure brief, Pricing, M&M Codes, Final Dealer Sell Pack.
Brand Marketing
Support all activities relevant to the nameplate.
Collect and maintain market and competitive data on assigned vehicle lines.
Lead franchise room discussions to monitor business health and drive growth and profitability.
Support monthly option mix forecasts and alignment.
Assist in annual Pricing Strategy Development.
Governance
Lead/support governance activities for the Marketing Operations Review Meeting.
Develop and discuss papers for responsible vehicle lines.
