Exciting new contract opportunity at a global consulting firm, specializing in inventory product transformation with a strong UK presence. They are looking to hire five highly intelligent, driven Product Managers with retail industry expertise, based in South Africa.

About the Role

This 3-month rolling contract offers the chance to play a key strategic role in digital transformation and operational initiatives for a large retail chain. You’ll focus on inventory product discovery, analysis, and roadmap development using agile methodologies to optimize processes and drive innovation.

Responsibilities

• Product Strategy & Roadmap – Define and execute inventory product strategies
• Agile Product Development – Apply standard agile frameworks to drive delivery
• User Story Definition & Prioritization – Ensure clear backlog management
• Stakeholder Management – Collaborate with internal teams and external partners
• Planning & Execution – Lead cost optimization initiatives within supply chain
• Adaptability & Problem-Solving – Navigate ambiguity and evolving requirements

Qualifications

• A degree in business strategy, logistics, and technology or similar

• 5+ years in supply chain product management
• Strong knowledge of ERP, SAP, Oracle, or supply chain management systems
