Are you a strategic thinker with an entrepreneurial spirit and a solid background in finance or clean energy?
You're comfortable negotiating with banks as well as talking to farmers or executives.
You thrive in fast-changing markets, excel at identifying opportunities, and know how to bring innovative financial products to life.
You're ready to own both product development and the sales cycle—delivering tailored financing solutions that help businesses and farms access reliable, affordable energy.
You'll develop and scale a solar finance offering tailored to commercial and agricultural clients, building relationships with financial institutions, negotiating new products, developing strategic partnerships, and leading go-to-market efforts.
You will collaborate across teams to manage internal compliance, assess product viability through financial modeling, and close deals with EPCs, installers, and direct clients.
Your work will directly impact energy access and affordability across the region.

At least 3 years of experience in product development, sales, or business development—preferably in solar, agri-tech, finance, or commercial energy.
A degree in Business, Finance, Agriculture, or a related field, with a proven track record in strategy and B2B sales.
Familiarity with agricultural sectors, irrigation systems, or commercial lending is highly advantageous—especially if you've worked with farming organizations or solar EPCs.
