What you’ll be doing (and why you’ll enjoy it)
You’ll take charge of developing and scaling a solar finance offering tailored to commercial and agricultural clients. This includes building relationships with financial institutions, negotiating new products, developing strategic partnerships, and leading go-to-market efforts. You’ll work cross-functionally to manage internal compliance processes, assess product viability with financial modelling, and close deals with EPCs, installers, and direct clients. Your work will directly impact energy access and affordability across the region.

What you’ll need
You bring at least 3 years of experience in product development, sales, or business development—ideally in solar, agri-tech, finance, or commercial energy. You have a degree in Business, Finance, Agriculture or similar, along with a track record of successfully executing both strategy and B2B sales. Familiarity with agricultural sectors, irrigation systems, or commercial lending is a big plus—especially if you’ve worked with farming organisations or solar EPCs.
