Product Manager - Pumps

REPORTING TO THE SENIOR VICE PRESIDENT - PRODUCT MANAGEMENT

JOB PURPOSE:

To manage and drive the growth and pump product line on a global scale, ensuring alignment with the company’s overall objectives and market demands by demonstrating strategic leadership.

QUALIFICATION:

Tertiary qualification in a related Engineering field (e.g., Mechanical/Metallurgical/Chemical).

REQUIREMENTS:

1. At least 8 years in product (Pumps) management within a similar industry with 3 years of senior management experience.
2. Strong problem solving, decision making, communication, negotiation, influencing, and leadership skills.
3. Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (MS Word, MS Excel, and MS Outlook).
4. Strong networks in the mining and minerals processing industry.
5. Strong Business Development experience, Sales, and technical experience in the Pumps industry.
