Job Description
Job Summary: We are seeking an experienced Product Manager to drive brand growth and successful product launches.
You will generate new product ideas from Key Opinion Leaders (KOLs), prioritize ideas, prepare business cases, analyze market data, and handle branding aspects.
The goal is to ensure timely product launches that meet market needs. Responsibilities include marketing planning, preparing launch materials, coordinating meetings, training sales teams, and tracking product performance for the first year.
Additional duties involve brand performance review, market research for positioning, engaging with KOLs, managing supply chain logistics, and collaborating with regional sales teams to tailor strategies.
Qualifications:
Educational Qualification: Science/Pharma/Medical Graduate, preferably with an MBA in Marketing.
Experience: 3-6 years in sales and 1-2 years in marketing.
Skills & Attributes: Understanding of the pharmaceutical industry, market data analysis, anatomy and physiology knowledge, problem-solving skills, strong communication, relationship building, adaptability, creativity, and analytical thinking.
