We are searching for a confident leader with a strong grasp of financial products a deep understanding of market and customer needs and a sharp commercial mindset. The ideal candidate will thrive in a collaborative environment be highly skilled in crossfunctional leadership and bring a proven track record in the full product lifecycle from strategy and development through to launch and refinement.

Key Skills & Experience Required :

• Bachelors degree in business administration Marketing or a related field
• 5 years of product management experience with at least 2 years in a leadership role
• Demonstrated success managing lending products in a financial institution
• Strong analytical capabilities and a datadriven approach to decisionmaking
• Proficiency in business intelligence tools and experience with Agile methodologies
• Ability to lead crossfunctional teams and influence stakeholders across operations compliance marketing and tech
• Deep understanding of governance risk and compliance within the lending space
• Exposure to international markets is highly advantageous
