SYSPRO is looking for a Product Manager: Finance to drive the evolution of our Finance offering and ensure it delivers world-class value to customers worldwide.

What You’ll Do

• Spearhead research & development of the SYSPRO Finance offering to ensure market competitiveness
• Lead cross-functional teams to deliver a complete and innovative Finance solution
• Define and execute the product roadmap, guiding development from conception to release
• Manage the Go-To-Market process for Finance in collaboration with Product Operations & Marketing
• Act as the Subject Matter Expert, creating content, playbooks, training, and thought leadership materials
• Partner with customers, industry panels, and internal stakeholders to capture the “Voice of the Customer”
• Continuously refine processes and strategies to maximize customer value and business impact

What You’ll Need

• Degree in Finance or a relevant field (CA (SA) or MBA advantageous)
• 10+ years of industry experience, with 5+ years in a senior Finance role
• Strong Product Management background and deep knowledge of SYSPRO ERP
• Proven ability to lead multi-disciplinary teams and deliver large-scale projects
• Excellent communication, leadership, and problem-solving skills
• Comfortable engaging with customers, sales cycles, and industry events
