Job description

About our client:

What you will be doing:

  1. Work together with other teams to figure out what is needed and how a feature can be successful.
  2. Clearly explain feature requirements and test data to Engineering.
  3. Create wireframes to effectively communicate and refine feature ideas.
  4. Develop and execute the product roadmap for your assigned areas, making data-driven decisions.
  5. Document business and functional requirements, maintaining a prioritised backlog.
  6. Gather and analyse customer feedback to continuously improve the product.
  7. Keep up with competitor products and industry trends.
  8. Participate in and support action items from team meetings.
  9. Provide release notes and internal product training on new features.
  10. Review and approve new features before deployment.
  11. Work closely with customer-facing teams to ensure successful product launches.
  12. Work closely with Support to triage and prioritise bugs.
  13. Work with UX to communicate design requirements and conduct user testing.

What our client is looking for:

  1. A relevant tertiary degree would be beneficial.
  2. 5+ years' experience on a product team, preferably in the B2B software industry.
  3. Experience working with a globally-disbursed team.
  4. Deep knowledge of SharePoint, Azure DevOps is a plus.
  5. Customer empathy and dedication to understanding and meeting customer needs.
  6. Ability to analyse the situation, define key objectives, and create/execute action plans.
  7. Adept at prioritising and managing multiple projects simultaneously while delivering on deadlines.
  8. Understanding of UX principles.
  9. Strong project management, communication, and analytical skills.
