As part of our eBucks Product house, you will need to drive the eBucks Rewards strategy towards customer-centric solutions through product management and deliberate customer value proposition development, ensuring practice integration and operational implementation through customer experience frameworks to meet product portfolio management objectives and business targets.

Are you someone who can:

  • Develop new rewards and loyalty value propositions and enablement processes to grow portfolio revenue.
  • Control expenditure and identify process improvements to reduce costs.
  • Identify and utilize opportunities for revenue growth to meet sales targets.
  • Develop, encourage, and nurture collaborative relationships across areas of specialization.
  • Promote teamwork and inclusivity.
  • Compile reports to track progress and guide business decisions.
  • Ensure ongoing value addition and improvement to operational processes.
  • Manage risks in your area of responsibility.
  • Identify opportunities to expand the customer base with profitable customers.
  • Contribute to developing tactical and operational strategies.
  • Manage team performance to achieve business objectives.
  • Build relationships across teams and functions to enhance collaboration and innovation.
  • Create solutions to meet customer demands and deliver service excellence.
  • Ensure understanding of customer needs and align service solutions accordingly.
  • Communicate implementation plans and secure buy-in.
  • Lead strategic projects.
  • Ensure product knowledge is accurate and provide relevant information to customers.
  • Resolve customer queries and complaints promptly.
  • Analyze customer feedback for service improvements.
  • Propose ideas for service improvement and align business processes to strategy and client needs.

You will be an ideal candidate if you:

  • Have a background in project management and business analytics.
  • Have experience working with technical delivery teams.
  • Have 3-6 years of related experience; banking knowledge is advantageous.
  • Have loyalty or rewards program experience.
  • Can advise on strategy and implementation.
  • Can guide administrative staff effectively.
