Job Responsibilities:

• Ensuring implementation and onboarding of new customers across all channels (OBT and traditional methods).
• Implements new technology developments into the SSA region to ensure adoption by staff and customers.
• Provides regional customer requirements into the global product team.
• Form part of the regional management committee.
