At PwC, our people in information technology operations focus on managing and maintaining the technology infrastructure and systems to provide smooth operations and efficient delivery of IT services. This includes monitoring network performance, troubleshooting issues, and implementing security measures.
Those in IT operations support at PwC will focus on providing technical assistance and troubleshooting to provide smooth functioning of IT systems and non-cloud based infrastructure. Your role will focus on providing L1 and possibly L2 support.

Role Overview:
The Product Manager is responsible for owning the full product lifecycle, driving value realization, and ensuring product viability. This role involves engaging with high-level stakeholders, leading cross-functional teams, and making strategic decisions based on data and business needs. They ensure that their products deliver value to the firm, are aligned with broader business objectives, and stay competitive in the marketplace.
Key Responsibilities:
- Full Product Ownership: Drive the entire product lifecycle, ensuring strategic alignment, product viability, and long-term sustainability.
- Value Realization: Prioritize product features and initiatives based on business value, ensuring clear benefits for the broader organization.
- Stakeholder Engagement: Collaborate closely with business units, executives, and delivery teams to align on product vision and roadmap.
- Team Leadership: Lead and mentor a cross-functional delivery pod to deliver high-quality product outcomes.
- Strategic Decision-Making: Make data-driven decisions to steer product direction, balancing user needs, business goals, and technical feasibility.
- Market and Business Awareness: Ensure the product remains competitive and relevant by staying informed of industry trends and organizational strategy.
- Sustainability Focus: Develop products that are scalable, maintainable, and contribute to the long-term goals of the firm.
- Performance Management: Establish and track key performance indicators (KPIs) to measure product success and adjust the strategy as needed.
Qualifications:
- A bachelor's degree / diploma in IT, Computer Science, Data Science, or a related technical field.
- Certifications in industry standard Product Management & Agile certifications would be advantageous.
Desired Skills and Experience:
- Proven experience in full product lifecycle management, from concept to launch and beyond.
- Strong leadership skills with experience in managing cross-functional teams.
- Expertise in strategic decision-making, using data and insights to drive product direction.
- In-depth knowledge of industry trends and market dynamics, with a focus on sustainability.
- Ability to manage stakeholder relationships and communicate effectively at all levels of the organization.
