Key Responsibilities:

1. Oversee the creation and development of new insurance products for insurance partnerships, including market research, product design, and pricing strategies.
2. Establish joint ventures with partners to create new distribution channels.
3. Understand and structure cell captive arrangements.
4. Ensure product compliance with regulations by collaborating with legal and compliance teams.
5. Work with risk management to evaluate and mitigate product risks, including underwriting and monitoring.
6. Engage with stakeholders such as cell owners, brokers, and reinsurers to meet their needs.
7. Monitor product performance, analyze data, and make improvements for profitability and customer satisfaction.
8. Contribute to the team strategy by identifying market opportunities.
9. Lead and mentor product managers and professionals, fostering collaboration and innovation.

Ideal Candidate Profile Qualifications :

• Qualified or nearly qualified actuary, Chartered Accountant, or degree in engineering, mathematics, or statistics.
• Experience in a cell captive environment with large cell captive insurers.
