You will be responsible for the complete product offering, from early-stage research and ideation, through implementation and iteration based on key success metrics.

Product Management

• Help drive the product roadmap and execution for OneCart's products, in concert with cross-functional peers.
• Collaborate with Engineering and Design: make trade-offs, anticipate staffing needs, risks, and ensure clear communication internally and with external stakeholders.
• Establish team processes to ensure effective product delivery.
• Lead detailed business requirements and user stories for product specifications and architecture.
• Bring new features to market in collaboration with strategic partners, marketing, and product teams.
• Shape OneCart's product by considering customers and partners.
• Incorporate feedback from customers, partners, and internal teams to expand market reach.
• Research market trends and create product requirements specifications.
• Monitor industry developments and competitive trends.
• Determine product market demands and help establish long-term goals.
• Ensure timely and correct product launches.

Participate actively in the product development lifecycle.

• Prioritize features considering customer experience, performance, and operational support.
• Create buy-in for the product vision internally and with external partners.
• Maintain high standards of reliability, quality, usability, and measurement throughout development.
• Collaborate with the Head of Product on creating product plans and roadmaps.

Reporting and Documentation

• Produce and review product requirements documents (PRD).
• Communicate product features clearly to cross-functional teams.
