Job description

We’re looking for a Product Manager to join our team at The Unlimited.

In this role, you'll work closely with our team to shape and execute the Product, Pricing, and Rewards strategy, while leading the way on External Business Development. You'll help us grow our market presence by identifying opportunities, building strong business relationships, and integrating innovative products and technology into our portfolio.

What you'll be doing:

Support the development of our Product, Pricing and Rewards strategy.

Identify and pursue new business opportunities and partnerships.

Research market trends and competitor activity to guide product decisions.

Manage the end-to-end integration of new products or benefits.

Work closely with technology teams to enable seamless customer experiences.

Build and maintain strong partner relationships across our key product categories.

Lead the development of product specs, tenders, and partner selection.

Evaluate business deals and negotiate contracts that align with our strategy.

Track, measure, and report on performance against business goals.

What you'll bring:

Minimum 5 years’ experience in a Product Management role, ideally across multiple product life cycles.

Experience in Operational Management – including product implementation and support.

Proven ability to manage customer journeys from onboarding through retention.

Strong budgeting and forecasting skills.

Exposure to brand and marketing management.

Experience in a direct marketing environment is a bonus.
