SET IT Recruitment in Cape Town is seeking an experienced Product Manager to lead a cross-functional team and deliver value to users.

You will own the product lifecycle, drive data-driven decisions with analytics and experimentation, coordinate internal and external stakeholders, and maintain a fast-paced, quality-focused delivery rhythm.

You're expected to thrive in a collaborative environment, communicate clearly, and relentlessly focus on user problems to improve product outcomes.

Qualifications

• 2+ years of experience as a Product Manager of a cross-functional team
• 3+ years of delivering complex projects and managing internal and external stakeholders to tight deadlines
• Proficient in data analysis and analytics tools to track performance and draw insights, incl. planning and evaluating experiments and A/B testing
• Experience in building product ownership across businesses
• Ability to work cross-functionally and become an expert quickly in a wide range of areas within the business
• Meticulous attention to detail with the ability to work at pace
• Keen eye for identifying process improvements and challenging the status-quo
• Exceptional organizational, written and verbal communication skills
• You're passionate about the user and their problems
• Bias toward getting stuff done and features into users' hands
• Keen to learn and seek feedback on work and style
• Empathetic and able to express yourself
• You understand the team is more important than yourself
