Qualifications

• Proven experience in a Product Lead, Group Product Manager, Head of Product, or similar leadership role.
• Strong product management experience within the iGaming industry, with an understanding of market dynamics and business models.
• Demonstrated ability to lead, mentor, and develop Product Managers while building high-performing teams.
• Solid expertise in product strategy, roadmap development, prioritization, and end-to-end execution.
• Strong analytical skills, including product metrics, A/B testing, experimentation, and hypothesis validation.
• Experience managing complex, cross-functional initiatives and aligning diverse stakeholders around shared objectives.
• Ability to translate business goals and customer insights into clear product strategies and actionable initiatives.
• Strategic mindset with strong execution, judgment, and problem-solving.
