Job description

At Exodus, we love adventure travel and always have. We first took a group of travellers to the Himalaya 50 years ago and have since expanded to every continent of the planet. Today, we offer hundreds of itineraries across the globe, focusing on responsible travel that supports local communities and preserves the environment while aiming to provide meaningful experiences to all who travel with us.

We are looking for an enthusiastic Product Executive to join our lively Product Department. You will be supporting our team of Product Managers to deliver award-winning small group adventure holidays. You will work in a specific region, under the guidance of a Senior Product Manager, to help collaborate closely with suppliers and internal teams to ensure our customers get the best possible experience.

A passion for travel is essential and there will be opportunities for you to experience our product, meeting clients and suppliers. This role is to primarily provide administrative and operational support, as well as improve our efficiencies. We are looking for someone with a proactive approach who can contribute to the success of our team!

Working Monday to Friday, in a hybrid pattern, with 2 days a week working in our Century City office.

What you’ll do:

  • Assisting Product Managers with product planning, contracting and operational support in a global region
  • Nurture strong supplier relationships, including external marketing agreements with tourist boards, contractual compliance and ensuring Health & Safety objectives
  • Support with trading data and competitor analysis to support an innovative, unique and commercially profitable regional portfolio
  • Support the international sales teams to remove barriers to booking
  • Work closely with the marketing, commercial and inventory teams to ensure the product is optimised and requested information is available
  • Manage the tracking and filing of legal contracting documentation, ensuring legal compliance
  • Building awareness of your markets and understanding of competitive offerings
  • Support the Content Team to ensure tour content accuracy
  • Support the wider business with arrangements for staff travel & Educational staff trips

What you’ll bring:

  • Motivated and inspiring, committed to delivering exceptional customer experiences and driving business success
  • Passion for travel essential; experience or knowledge of Asia, the Middle East, or India is a plus
  • Detail-oriented with strong written English, analytical thinking, and commercial awareness; eager to learn and grow
  • Skilled at managing shifting priorities and timelines in a fast-paced environment
  • Interest or background in outdoor activities like trekking, walking, or cycling is advantageous
  • Tech-savvy with proficiency in Excel, PowerPoint, Word; Airtable experience is a bonus
