Role's Mission

The primary objective of this role is to follow coding rules and standards to meet business needs and ensure that coding is complete, accurate, and timely-delivering high-quality products to our clients.

Contract Type: Fixed-term (18 months)

Key Responsibilities

  • Understand how data is collected via the scanning app and ensure proper usage.
  • Follow established processes for coding validations.
  • Provide daily and weekly statistics in a timely manner.
  • Collect product information from various sources (Internet, field visits, Customer Service, etc.).
  • Review product photos to identify correct brand, SKU, and pack size.
  • Check and update new SKUs for existing brands.
  • Maintain and update product, brand, and SKU data using multiple sources.
  • Travel to stores when needed to collect product information.
  • Validate and maintain the Product Dictionary (Masterfile).
  • Collaborate with team members to support product information and characterization tasks.
  • Ensure timely delivery of accurate data according to agreed deadlines.
