Key Purpose
The key purpose of this role is to develop and implement new liquids, processes, and technologies to deliver consumer innovation projects.
Key Roles and Responsibilities
- Lead commercial product & process development projects and provide technical expertise on liquid ingredients, processes, and equipment.
- Lead existing product renovation initiatives in order to improve consumer offering.
- Support strategic projects focusing on improving our environmental impact, food safety, ABInBev image, or other non-commercial projects.
- Ensure adherence to ABInBev Innovation Pillar.
- Develop and execute innovation plan for product projects.
- Manage quality plan and adherence for all new/modified liquid processes and formulations.
- Develop liquid solutions that meet all critical aspects of the product brief (Quality/cost/reliability).
- Work across departments and with multiple suppliers to design the process for commercial production.
- Implement new liquid production and processes into supply regions with minimal effect on standard operation.
- Develop and manage liquid development OPEX budget.
- Support capex team during design implementation and commissioning phases.
- Ensure compliance of all new liquids to required legislation.
- Support legal, corporate affairs, and excise teams.

Minimum Requirements
- Degree in Brewing Science, Chemical Engineering, or any other related field.
- Experience of alternative product development, innovation process, and small-scale brewing is advantageous.
- Good exposure to and knowledge of raw materials, process aids, and external equipment and process suppliers.
- Basic understanding of consumer sensory science.
- Efficient networker between departments, zones, and global partners.
- 5 years brewing experience in a commercial brewery.
