B. Tech/ B. Sc. Food Sc; Comp.Lit.3+ Years exp. NPD/CI cold chain RTE/RTH foods / meat/ fish/ packaging materials /process development/ commercialisation. Must have strong verbal/ written communication / influencing / relationship building/ analytical/ problem solving/ organisational /time management skills, have sound knowledge of food processing methods/ be thorough/ committed/ flexible/ agile/ solutions-focused/innovative/ creative / able to cope in a changing industry. Must plan/ coordinate / execute/ efficient delivery product proto-types/ product trials/ conduct technical analysis/ training/ drive continuous optimisation of product range. Must liaise with suppliers/ research materials/ technologies to meet project requirements/ contribute to/ participate in planning / new technology implementation. Execute NPD/ product quality improvement plans/ develop product formulations/ prototype samples / plan/ coordinate/ lead factory trials/ initial production runs / audit production process / ensure adherence to product standards/ feedback / follow up on product non-conformances / reporting and validation. Prepare technical information for packaging artwork/ specifications. Monitor/ report on legal compliance / costing / sensory attributes/ compatability.
