About the Role

This role requires a strategic individual who can manage the entire product development lifecycle, from ideation and research through to design, testing, and market launch. You will collaborate closely with R&D, marketing, sales, and manufacturing teams to ensure products meet market needs and business objectives. Key Responsibilities

• Lead cross-functional teams in the development and launch of new products, ensuring timely delivery and adherence to quality standards.
• Define product requirements, features, and specifications in collaboration with product management and R&D.

Requirements
