Qualifications

Job description

Job Specification -

1. Technically guide and support all new product developments.
2. Prepare and review drawings using AutoCAD and similar tools.
3. Ensure the completeness of NPD, including product design, trials, quotations, and execution, meeting customer specifications.
4. Support the production department regarding design and development activities.
5. Successfully hand over all NPD to the production department for smooth operation.
6. Involve in new machinery layouts, trials, time studies, and other product-related activities.
7. Run trial production on new machinery until handover and SOP implementation.
8. Maintain the confidentiality of all technical data records related to customers.
9. Lead activities related to new production file creation, existing parts file corrections, including drafting and verification of process parameters with process improvements where needed.
10. Regularly submit reports to customers and support OEMs, Tier-1, and Tier-2 customers as required.

Requirements -

1. Minimum 8-10 years of relevant work experience.
2. Previous experience working with OEMs.
3. Experience with PPAP, TAS, SPTT, and related processes.
4. Preferably experienced in the Rubber or Automotive industry.
5. Knowledge of rubber and plastic products.
6. Proficiency in AutoCAD.
7. Well-versed in New Product Development.
