Job summary

Network Finance seeks a senior product leader to drive end-to-end development from ideation to launch and commercialization.

You will work with technical, operational, sales and business stakeholders, identify market opportunities, and present proposals to management to ensure products meet customer needs and strategic goals.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or Diploma in Engineering, Industrial Design or related field.
• 10+ years experience in relevant industry experience.
• Formal Project Management training or certification.
• Proven background in product development, PM or service development.

Responsibilities

• Lead end-to-end product development from ideation to launch and commercialization.
• Develop and maintain product business cases, project plans, high-level designs and product documentation.
• Collaborate with technical, operational, sales and business stakeholders throughout the lifecycle.
• Identify market opportunities and create innovative solutions aligned with business strategy.
• Conduct market and competitive analysis to ensure commercial viability and customer focus.
• Present product specifications and requirements to stakeholders and management.
• Present proposals and recommendations to management and key stakeholders.
• Monitor development progress and provide regular updates to stakeholders.
