Job description

Description: Facilitate user experience into the design of products and services and design interfaces to effectively communicate the brand and enrich the customer's experience.

Job Responsibilities

  1. Develop compelling visual artifacts (UI layouts, interface elements, prototypes, high-level storyboards, mock-ups, wireframes) to effectively communicate UI and UX needs.
  2. Develop and maintain design elements, mock-ups, and specifications as needed.
  3. Research the latest visual design, UI and interaction concepts, presentation layer technologies, digital best practices, online trends, and provide recommendations for improvements.
  4. Custodian for developing visual, UI and interaction design assets to be adopted within the design system.
  5. Conduct best practice research to develop and improve UI and interaction design to solve end-user problems effectively.
  6. Formulate testing parameters to effectively assess user experience.
  7. Conduct competitor research to develop and improve features of products and to balance user needs, technical constraints, and business objectives to solve user problems effectively.
  8. Understand scope, requirements, and drive innovative solutions aligned with business goals and UX metrics.
  9. Develop user experience flows and integrate them into mock-ups, usage scenarios, prototypes, specifications, navigation maps, and other design documents.
  10. Create and evaluate interaction models, user task flows, screen designs, and UI details that promote ease of use and optimize the user experience.
  11. Effectively communicate ideas, both verbally and visually, to gain stakeholder agreement.
  12. Collaborate actively and work effectively with cross-functional teams to ensure designs are successfully created and implemented to achieve user goals.
  13. Advocate for the end-user throughout the development process and work closely with other members of the Service Design Team to craft a world-class user experience.
  14. Create solid recommendations and prioritization based on technology and business needs.
  15. Adhere to design standards by understanding and following the Design System.
  16. Adhere to our client-centered design process.
  17. Consider user feedback from user testing results in order to deliver the best customer experience.
  18. Accountable for time management within each project to ensure agreed deadlines are met.
  19. Adhere to consistent design patterns and principles.
  20. Align to the technical infrastructure of the Group.
  21. Support the achievement of the business strategy, objectives, and values by ensuring delivery of processes, services, and solutions.
  22. Identify training courses and career progression for self through input and feedback from management.
  23. Ensure all personal development plan activities are completed within the specified timeframe.
  24. Share knowledge and industry trends with team and stakeholders during formal and informal interactions.
  25. Obtain buy-in for developing new and/or enhanced processes (e.g., operational processes) that will improve the functioning of stakeholders' businesses by highlighting benefits in support of the implementation of recommendations.
  26. Contribute to a culture conducive to the achievement of transformation goals by participating in organization culture-building initiatives (e.g., staff surveys, etc.).
  27. Participate and support corporate responsibility initiatives for the achievement of business strategy.
  28. Seek opportunities to improve business processes and systems by identifying and recommending effective ways to operate and adding value to the organization.
