Job summary

A leading recruitment agency is seeking a skilled design professional with 5-8 years of experience to develop compelling visual artifacts and support business process improvements. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in design tools, a Matric / Grade 12, and a Design Certification. Key responsibilities include analyzing data for design decisions, collaborating with cross-functional teams, and advocating for the end-user throughout the design process. This position is based in Johannesburg, Gauteng.

Responsibilities

• Develop compelling visual artifacts (UI layouts, interface elements, prototypes, high-level recommending effective ways to operate and adding value).
• Seek opportunities to improve business processes and systems by identifying and support of the implementation of recommendations.
• Contribute to a culture conducive to the achievement of transformation goals by participating in Culture building initiatives (e.g. staff surveys etc).
• Participate and support corporate responsibility initiatives for the achievement of business informal interaction.
