We are looking for a Product Delivery Manager who will be responsible for the successful delivery of new client launches of our white-labelled global website (brand name Ten Platform). This role will entail client-facing responsibilities from time to time.
You will be the day-to-day contact for all things relating to new client launches, working alongside our Client Services, Product, Tech, Content and Operations teams to manage requirements, delivery plans, task lists, risks and timelines. Furthermore, you will run important sessions such as kick-offs and retrospectives.
All our new client launches require many complex steps to be actioned by various members of the team (yourself included). Your delivery management skills and expertise will be vital throughout the process, overseeing all steps and actions, ensuring deadlines are met and team members are clear on what they are expected to deliver and by when. You will also be responsible for site configurations on both new and existing clients.
This role is in Ten’s Product Delivery & Support team which sits within the wider Operations team, which also includes Product Operations, Delivery Management and Tech Data Management. This role will report into the Operations Director.
