We are looking for a Product Delivery Manager responsible for the successful delivery of new client launches of our white-labelled global website (brand name Ten Platform). This role will involve client-facing responsibilities from time to time.

You will be the day-to-day contact for all aspects related to new client launches, working alongside our Client Services, Product, Tech, Content, and Operations teams to manage requirements, delivery plans, task lists, risks, and timelines. Additionally, you will run sessions such as kick-offs and retrospectives.

All new client launches involve many complex steps to be executed by various team members (including yourself). Your delivery management skills and expertise will be vital in overseeing these steps, ensuring deadlines are met, and team members are clear on their deliverables and deadlines. You will also be responsible for site configurations on both new and existing clients.

This role is part of Ten’s Product Delivery & Support team within the wider Operations team, which also includes Product Operations, Delivery Management, and Tech Data Management. The role reports to the Operations Director.

Key responsibilities:

  1. Manage the end-to-end delivery of new clients on the Ten Platform, including risk and dependency management.
  2. Ensure stakeholder involvement at appropriate stages and that User Acceptance Testing (UAT) and launch dates are met.
  3. Collaborate with Ten Account Managers to secure necessary assets and information from clients (brand guidelines, assets, domain strategy, SSL certificates, legal notices, etc.).
  4. Coordinate with the Design team on white labelling requirements, design production, and delivery.
  5. Work with support teams to complete assigned tasks successfully.
  6. Partner with Tech and DevOps teams during the development lifecycle (scoping, specs, grooming, development, QA, UAT, release).
  7. Coordinate with Content and e-CRM teams to deliver branded email templates for various communications.
  8. Manage site configurations via Django CMS, including data input and testing.
  9. Lead internal UAT processes and analyze/test UAT results, owning the process from start to finish.
  10. Create trackers and JIRA tickets for changes from UAT, providing regular updates and highlighting risks.
  11. Provide status updates to stakeholders regarding progress, opportunities, and challenges.
  12. Contribute to continuous improvement initiatives within the Product Delivery & Support team.
  13. Mentor team members and support the team as needed.

Requirements

Essential:

  • At least 2 years of experience managing digital project delivery.
  • Experience creating and managing digital product specifications (user stories, acceptance criteria, etc.).
