Dijkstrack is seeking a Product Delivery Lead to ensure timely and high-quality delivery of digital products. This role requires a proactive approach to managing product timelines and teams, with an emphasis on Agile methodologies and excellent communication skills. Join a collaborative team that values real ownership and continuous improvement.
We’re looking for a Product Delivery Lead to take the reins on ensuring smooth, on-time, and high-quality delivery of our digital products. You’ll sit at the intersection of Product, Engineering, and Business—translating ideas into outcomes, roadmaps into releases, and blockers into breakthroughs.
You’re not just a project manager. You’re the heartbeat of delivery. You know how to get stuff done without breaking the team—or the product.
Drive end-to-end product delivery across multiple squads or projects
Own and manage delivery timelines, dependencies, and risk mitigation
Collaborate closely with Product Managers and Engineering Leads to define scope and priorities
Set up and facilitate agile ceremonies (stand-ups, sprint planning, retros, etc.)
Identify bottlenecks and proactively resolve blockers
Provide regular updates to stakeholders on delivery progress, risks, and milestones
Ensure delivery aligns with product goals, quality standards, and business value
Champion continuous improvement in delivery practices, tooling, and culture
Proven experience in a similar role (Product Delivery Lead, Delivery Manager, Scrum Master, or Project Manager in a product environment)
Strong understanding of Agile frameworks (Scrum, Kanban, SAFe – we're not religious, just practical)
Comfortable working with technical teams and translating between tech and business
Excellent communication, facilitation, and problem-solving skills
Calm under pressure, with the ability to bring structure to chaos
Bonus: experience in a consulting, SaaS, or scale-up environment
Build meaningful products with impact
Work in a collaborative, no-ego team
Real ownership and the chance to shape how things get done
Flexibility, autonomy, and space to grow
