The role includes driving changes to improve month-end reporting and controls while assessing on- and off-balance-sheet risks in line with policy.

Collaborate with front office, IT and finance teams to ensure accurate information flow to the general ledger and robust financial reporting.

Competenze

• Post Graduate Degree in Business Commerce, Finance or Accounting.
• CA (SA) qualification.
• 5-7 years experience in Product Control, Auditing, Global Markets, Investment Banking or Transaction Banking.

Mansioni

• Reconcile and substantiate the balance sheet and income statement monthly for group finance and annually for external audit.
• Define and influence change projects to improve month-end reporting and controls.
• Assess risk of on- and off-balance-sheet exposures to align with bank policy.
