- Implements talent management processes by educating managers and employees.
- Monitors adherence and manages talent processes.
- Analyzes data related to talent management and recommends improvements.
Employee Relations
- Provides first-line labor relations consulting.
- Attends hearings and employee relations meetings as an advisor.
- Facilitates resolution of grievances and understands relevant legislation.
Remuneration and Employee Benefits
- Understands and explains remuneration policies.
- Performs salary benchmarking and audits for equity and competitiveness.
Staff Movement and Separation
- Manages employee transfers, promotions, and separations.
Process Efficiency
- Identifies inefficiencies in HR processes and recommends solutions.
Change Agent
- Implements change management processes and coaches stakeholders.
Leadership and Growth
- Supports organizational vision and values, and pursues personal and professional growth.
Customer and Relationship Results
- Markets HR services and builds effective relationships with stakeholders.
Customer Relations
