Job description

We are looking for a Product Consultant in Gauteng to ensure product/service exposure, increased sales, and achievement of targets by representing the company and its services to the trade in-store and growing the customer base within the forecourt.

As a Product Consultant, you will be responsible for:

  1. Customer Experience Management
  • Manage customer vetting and registration
  • Gather feedback and suggestions from customers to continuously improve the rental service
  • Monitor and manage inventory, including storing, tracking, and maintaining equipment
  • Inventory Management
    • Monitor and manage inventory, including storing, tracking, and maintaining equipment
  • Managing & Ensuring Compliance
    • Brand management & compliance onsite
    • HSSE compliance
    • Escalate non-compliance issues
    • Reporting and KPIs
    • Deliver quality reports & insights
    • Provide feedback on what is working and what is not
    • Escalate issues encountered on sites
    • Respond promptly to resolve issues
    • Provide insights from customer interactions
  • Administration
    • Capture daily, weekly, and monthly reports based on customer interactions and sales
    • Identify challenges and implement corrective actions
    • Address customer complaints, queries, and requests, ensuring resolution
    • Build and maintain strong working relationships
