Working closely with our Head of Product, you’ll help maintain the systems and records that make seamless travel possible. You’ll be the quiet force behind the scenes, someone who thrives on detail, finding joy in bringing order to complexity.

Your work will ensure our sales consultants have the right information and that our suppliers feel supported.

  • Maintain well-organised, up-to-date records of all product documents (mostly in Excel or Google Sheets).
  • Upload and manage documentation in Google Drive and Travelyst.

Rates & Contract Management

  • Assist with the annual rate comparison process, helping identify gaps, discrepancies, or unusual trends.
  • Track contract renewal dates, outstanding agreements, and important deadlines with precision.
  • Liaise directly with suppliers for clarification on rates, terms, or missing details.

Platform Accuracy & Consultant Support

  • Support the accuracy and relevance of our tours and products in Travelyst.
  • Load new tours, verify details, and ensure smooth information flow.
  • Respond to consultant queries about product-related invoices and contracts.

Who We’re Looking For:

  • Matric (Tertiary qualification a bonus)
  • 3+ years’ experience in a similar administrative or Product Support role
  • Travel industry background, ideally with experience in systems like Travelyst, Tourplan or similar
  • A natural organiser with a love for spreadsheets, numbers, and problem-solving
  • Strong communication skills; written, verbal, and interpersonal
  • Confidence working independently and under pressure
  • A collaborative team player who cares about conservation, quality, and getting things right
  • A genuine passion for Africa, travel, and the magic they create together

Why Join Us?

At Discover Africa Safaris, we believe that our team’s passion and dedication deserve to be celebrated and rewarded. Here’s what you can look forward to:

  • A competitive salary
