• Create new suppliers’ codes and details on Tourplan.
• Assist in collecting supplier contracts.
• Follow up on outstanding rates or information needed.
• Update and maintain rates for all markets on Tourplan.
• Link supplier and room codes for live connectivity.
• Track all loaded Suppliers on a tracking sheet.
• Assist with basic rates-related queries for consultants.
• Coordinate product training.
• Update Tourplan with information from Suppliers.

Product and Systems Administrator required in Cape Town.

An Inbound Tour Company is recruiting a Product and Systems Administrator based in Cape Town Northern suburbs.

This is a hybrid role, with WHF on Fridays.

Requirements:

• Meticulous attention to detail and accuracy
• Work in a team environment with positive and inquisitive attitude
• Have a working knowledge of Tourplan NX – NON-NEGOTIABLE
• Understand the basics of product contracting

Duties include:

• Create new suppliers’ codes and details on Tourplan
• Assist in collecting supplier contracts
• Making follow up calls on outstanding rates or any information needed
• Loading, updating and maintaining of rates for all markets on Tourplan
• Linking supplier and room codes for live connectivity
• Track all loaded Suppliers on a tracking sheet
• Assist and solve basic rates related queries for consultants
• Product training co-ordination
• Gathering directions from Suppliers and updating Tourplan with the relevant information
