About The Role

At X, Bigly Labs, vendors are more than suppliers – they’re strategic partners in delivering value to our customers. As our Product Analyst: Vendors, you’ll be the analytical engine behind our vendor ecosystem, ensuring every partner is empowered with insights to perform, engage, and grow. You’ll manage reporting across 140+ vendors, drive performance transparency, and collaborate cross-functionally to optimise vendor impact across the business.

What We're Looking For
  • Degree in Business, Data Analytics, Marketing, or a related field.
  • 2–4 years’ experience in product analytics, vendor management, or commercial insights.
  • Proficiency in data tools (e.g., SQL, Power BI, Tableau) and experience with reporting automation.
  • Strong analytical and communication skills – able to turn numbers into strategic stories.
  • Collaborative mindset with the ability to influence across internal and external stakeholders.
What You Will Be Doing
Vendor Performance & Reporting
  • Monitor and analyse vendor performance across key metrics (e.g., engagement, campaign participation, redemption rates).
  • Build and maintain dashboards that deliver tailored insights to internal teams and external vendor partners.
  • Share regular performance reports with all vendors, ensuring clarity, consistency, and strategic alignment.
  • Translate complex data into clear, actionable narratives that support vendor decision-making.
Strategic Insight & Optimisation
  • Identify trends, gaps, and opportunities across vendor data to inform roadmap planning and partnership strategy.
  • Collaborate with commercial and product teams to align vendor performance with business goals.
  • Support segmentation of vendors based on performance, category, and strategic value.
Cross-Functional Collaboration
  • Work closely with Strategic Partnerships, Product, and Data teams to ensure vendor analytics are embedded in decision-making.
  • Partner with Marketing and CRM teams to evaluate vendor-led campaigns and promotions.
  • Contribute to vendor onboarding and enablement by providing data-driven guidance and benchmarks.
