Development Finance Institution (DFI), focused on accelerating infrastructure delivery in various sectors is seeking a Procurement Specialist to support its Infrastructure Financing (IF) division.

POSITION INFO:

You will be the key liaison with the internal Supply Chain Management (SCM) unit and ensure that all procurement activities align with legal, governance, and policy frameworks. This role requires strong commercial acumen, a deep understanding of public procurement law, and the ability to drive effective procurement strategies that support infrastructure development.

  • Postgraduate qualification: BCom (Hons) in Supply Chain or LLB (or equivalent).
  • Minimum 8 years'' experience in large infrastructure procurement with a strong track record in high-value deals.
  • Expert knowledge of PFMA, MFMA, PPPFA, BBBEE, Treasury Regulations, and SCM policies.
  • Strong understanding of corporate governance and public procurement.
  • Experience in infrastructure/project finance and procurement negotiations.
