Procurement Specialist to join our dynamic Team at KFC Rohloff Group. To drive our franchise group's growth and success by driving cost-effective sourcing, optimizing supplier relationships, and leveraging data to support operational efficiency and long-term business value.
What You'll Be Cooking Up
Competitive Bidding
- Leads end-to-end competitive bidding processes, including the preparation of RFQs, RFPs, and tenders.
- Ensures transparency, compliance, and value optimization through structured supplier evaluations and cross-functional selection committees.
Cost Savings
- Drives strategic sourcing and supplier negotiations to deliver sustainable cost reductions.
- Utilizes spend analysis and market intelligence to identify and capitalize on savings opportunities while upholding quality and service standards.
Customer Service
- Provides proactive, solutions-focused support to internal stakeholders.
- Ensures procurement activities align with business needs through effective communication, timely fulfilment, and issue resolution.
Import/Export Oversight
- Oversees international procurement operations, ensuring full compliance with import/export laws and customs regulations.
- Coordinates with logistics partners to streamline cross-border transactions and mitigate risks.
Procurement Reporting
- Develops and maintains comprehensive procurement reports and dashboards.
- Tracks key performance indicators, supplier metrics, and cost-saving outcomes to support strategic decision-making and audit readiness.
Contract Management
- Manages the full lifecycle of procurement contracts, from drafting and negotiation to execution and renewal.
- Ensures contractual compliance, risk mitigation, and alignment with organizational objectives.
What You Bring To The Table
- Degree/Diploma in Procurement or Supply Chain Management
- CIPS certification (preferred or in progress)
- 4–6 years procurement experience across multiple categories
- Skilled in Infraspeak and MS Dynamics 365 Business Central
- Knowledge of import/export regulations and logistics
- Advanced Excel and reporting capabilities
- Experienced in contract drafting and SLA management
- Familiar with supply chain and inventory processes
- Strong negotiation and commercial insight
- Analytical and data-driven decision-making
- Excellent organizational and multitasking skills
- Proactive problem solver with strong initiative
- Adaptable in fast-paced, evolving environments
