MAIN PURPOSE OF JOB

Coordinate and manage SAP Master Data team activities, including responsibility for BBBEE data, vendor master, and materials master, with a focus on continuous improvement of master data and related systems.

KEY RESPONSIBILITY AREAS

1. Lead and manage the team members effectively.
2. Oversee System Management.
3. Manage Master Data Administration.
4. Provide System Support.

REQUIRED EDUCATION

Bachelor's degree in Commerce.

Desired Qualification: Certification or qualification in Logistics or Procurement.

REQUIRED EXPERIENCE

• 4-5 years of team management experience.
• At least 5 years of Master Data management experience.
• Experience managing Shared Services and procurement-related systems.
• Experience with ERP systems such as Oracle, SAP, or Coupa.

REQUIRED JOB SKILLS AND KNOWLEDGE

• Proficiency in Microsoft Office suite.
• Data analytics and reporting skills.
• Experience with procurement systems (SAP, Webi, H-Drive, ECRI).
• Understanding of purchasing processes and associated legal and budget requirements.
