Job description

Requirements :

• Fashion and / or Procurement Diploma or similar (advantage)
• Excellent knowledge of Sage
• Proven experience in procurement, supply chain management, or a related field
• Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment
• Excellent communication and negotiation skills
• Be competent on costing
• Proficiency in procurement software and Microsoft Office Suite
• Must manage and control deadlines
• Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret data and make informed decisions
• Attention to detail and strong organizational skills

Duties and responsibilities may include but are not limited to :

• Inventory management
• Special production orders
• Local production sourcing and planning
• Sample requests and follow up on samples
• Cost analysis
• Responsible for sample room inventory
• Planning of back orders and assisting in execution of back orders if need be
• Slow selling stock management for Factory Shop and inactive lines
• SOS daily report update
• BI delivery quick search app – order delivery date management
