Job description

To buy goods and services in support of the operational activities of the Maintenance Department.

Minimum Requirements :
  1. Degree or Diploma in Purchasing Management
  2. Technical qualifications will be advantageous.
  3. At least 5 years’ experience in a buyer capacity in a related industry
  4. Exposure to import terms and conditions.
  5. Strong conflict management skills and experience in negotiations
  6. Experience in supplier relationship management and excellent negotiation skills
  7. Superior customer service skills and strong administrative skills
  8. Excellent analytical abilities, planning, decision-making skills, and the ability to read, interpret, and compile reports.
  9. Computer literacy in MS Office, with high proficiency in MS Excel
  10. Able to interact effectively with all levels of management and suppliers.
  11. Ability to work independently and as part of a team
