Procurement Officer

Industry: Automotive

Location: Springs

Responsibilities:

1. Oversee and ensure the company has sufficient stock to fulfill customer demands.
2. Determine stock shortages and needs by consulting NetStock, SAP, and Sales managers.
3. Manage delivery schedules and process daily orders according to the weekly schedule from suppliers.
4. Manage excess orders between branches.
5. Find alternative suppliers when current suppliers cannot supply the required stock.
6. Follow up on and expedite bulk orders with suppliers.
7. Maintain NetStock, SAP, and online systems.
8. Rotate stock appropriately by checking for Dead Stock.
9. Report and transfer excess stock to needed branches.

Skills & Knowledge: Computer literate, good communication, and collaboration abilities.

Education: Matric (Non-Negotiable). Exposure to procurement training is beneficial.

Experience: 1-3 years procurement experience. Experience working with automotive products or stock is beneficial.

Reports: Reports to General Manager.

Remuneration Package: R 20,000.00 Gross, Fringe Benefits.
