Responsibilities
- Create Purchase Orders for suppliers
- Arrange & following up with Freight companies to ensure timeous delivery of stock
- Receipting of Stock
- Issuing of Stock on System
- Picking and packing of stock
- Matching paperwork sending to Finance Department
- Assisting with stock take for boot and main warehouse
- Transfer stock from main warehouse to reps / technical warehouses
- Responsible for maintaining warehouses on BPO
- Responsible for second stock that comes in Loading off requesting Adjustments for approval
- Dealings vendors / suppliers – Regarding stock ETA’s and Stock Returns
- Loading part codes on System
- Assisting Service and installation teams with sourcing stock and pricing
- Maintaining of warehouse
- Compiling of warehouse reports
Qualifications and Skills
- Grade 12
- 2 – 3 years of experience in procurement
- Solid knowledge and understanding of procurement processes, policy, and systems
- Relevant qualification in procurement / supply chain (preferred)
- Computer Literate - Microsoft Office Suite
- Excellent time management skills
- Must be analytical, and organized
