Procurement Manager : R .00 - R1 .00 per annum (on-site)

Seeking an experienced National Procurement Manager.

Immediate / ASAP start required.

Key Responsibilities:

1. Compliance & Risk: Ensure adherence to policies, mitigate risks, and support audits.
2. Collaboration & Stakeholder Engagement: Work with operations, finance, and legal teams to align procurement with business goals.
3. Performance & Improvement: Track procurement KPIs, drive continuous improvement, and leverage data analytics.
4. Team Leadership: Set KPIs, mentor staff, and foster a high-performance culture.
5. Special Projects: Assist with ad hoc business analysis.
6. Strategy & Planning: Develop and implement procurement strategies, policies, and best practices.
7. Supplier Management: Identify, onboard, and manage supplier relationships, ensuring quality, cost-effectiveness, and B-BBEE compliance.
8. Operations & Process: Oversee procurement processes, optimize workflows, and drive automation.
9. Cost & Budgeting: Manage budgets, implement cost-saving initiatives, and negotiate contracts.

Requirements:

• Degree in Supply Chain Management or related field (NQF Level 7).
• 7–10 years in senior procurement, 5–10 years in management.
• Experience in international logistics (advantageous).
• Proficiency in SAP, Power BI, Advanced Excel.
• Strong process improvement and internal control focus.
