Your Key Responsibilities

1. Procurement Strategy: Develop and implement effective procurement strategies to meet vehicle sourcing targets in alignment with company goals.
2. Supplier Management: Identify, onboard, and manage a diverse range of suppliers, including dealerships, fleet owners, and auctions, to secure the best quality and value.
3. Market Analysis: Monitor local and regional market trends to identify opportunities for cost optimization and ensure competitive pricing.
4. Negotiations: Lead contract negotiations with suppliers to secure favorable terms and build long-term partnerships.
5. Performance Tracking: Establish and track key performance indicators (KPIs) to evaluate procurement effectiveness and ensure continuous improvement.
6. Inventory Alignment: Collaborate with sales and operations teams to ensure the right vehicles are sourced to match market demand.
7. Process Optimization: Implement best practices to streamline procurement processes, reduce costs, and maintain quality standards.
8. Team Collaboration: Work closely with cross-functional teams to align procurement activities with overall business objectives.

Requirements

1. Education: Bachelor's degree in supply chain management, business administration, or a related field.
2. Experience: At least 5 years of proven experience in procurement, preferably in the automotive industry or a related sector.
3. Negotiation Skills: Strong negotiation and contract management skills.
4. Analytical Mindset: Ability to analyze data, forecast trends, and make informed procurement decisions.
5. Tech-Savvy: Proficiency in procurement software, ERP systems, and Microsoft Office Suite.
6. Leadership: Experience managing supplier relationships and working collaboratively with internal teams.
7. Communication: Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English.
8. Flexibility: Willingness to travel locally and regionally as needed.
