About the Role:
We are seeking an experienced Procurement Manager to join our Finance and Administration division on a 6-month contract to focus exclusively on tender-related activities. This is a key role within the Procurement department, requiring hands-on management and coordination of all tender processes to support our organization's strategic objectives
Duties and Responsibilities:
- Manage the end-to-end tender process including preparation, submission, and compliance monitoring
- Coordinate with internal departments and external stakeholders to ensure tender requirements are met accurately and timely
- Review tender documentation and ensure adherence to company policies and legal requirements
- Develop and maintain tender schedules and reporting tools to track progress and outcomes
- Liaise with suppliers, evaluate bids, and provide recommendations for award decisions
- Maintain procurement records and documentation related to tenders
- Support Finance Manager with procurement-related reporting and audits as needed
Requirements:
- Proven experience managing procurement processes with a strong focus on tenders
- Sound knowledge of procurement regulations, tender legislation, and best practices
- Excellent organizational and project management skills
- Strong communication and stakeholder management abilities
- Ability to work independently and deliver results within tight deadlines
- Availability to start immediately and commit to the full 6-month contract duration
