Qualifications

• Minimum 8 years procurement experience, preferably within the property management or construction industry.
• Minimum 3 years experience managing a procurement team.
• Strong supply chain and procurement knowledge.
• Proven contract negotiation and supplier management expertise.
• Excellent leadership and people management skills.
• Strong analytical, problem-solving and organisational abilities.
• Advanced Microsoft Excel, Word and PowerPoint skills.
